低沸点有机工质透平端面密封的研究

摘    要:本文应用表面波度和空化理论,考虑曲率惯性和空化发展对流动的影响,研究了机械端面密封的流体动力润滑理论模型,探讨了密封的基本特性,同时还研制了性能良好的双端面型式的机械封密.

Abstract:A theoretical analysis is made on the mechanical face sealings employed in the main shaft of a turbine working with low-boiling-temperature organic. compounds.Applying the theory of surface waves and cavitation the hydrodyna- mic lubrication model of the sealing is established,in which the effects of the curvature inertia and cavitation development on the fluid flow are taken in to account.A good double-face type of the mechanical sealing has been successfully developed.A numerical solution of the characteristic performance of the seal is obtained and experimental results are carried out.
