| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是人类最美好的社会状态，和谐社会的基本内涵包括：和平稳定、和顺协调、和合有序。社会主义和谐社会的基本伦理要求是：把建立良好的人际关系、代际关系、种际关系作为基本价值诉求；把公平和正义作为重要的价值前提；把人的全面发展确立为终极价值目标。社会主义和谐社会的构建，一方面需要“善治”政府的谋划，另一方面需要广大公民的积极参与。

| Abstract: | The harmonious society refers to the human happiest society condition, and the harmonious society＇s basic connotation includes： peace and stability, obliging and coordination. Socialism harmonious society＇s basic ethics requires the establishment good interpersonal relationship, the generation of border relations, and the kind of border relations. Fairness and justice are important value premise, and individual realization is the ultimate goal. Socialism harmonious society＇s construction requires the government＇s careful planning, and the people＇s active participation. |
