论教师培训权及其保障

教师培训权是指教师参加进修或者其他方式培训的权利。保障教师依法享有培训权，对于教师队伍整体素质的提高，促进我国社会主义市场经济和现代化建设，构建和谐社会具有重要的意义。当前，教师培训权由于保障缺失而受到侵害，因此，应从完善立法、加强法制教育、建立和健全执法监督机制、完善法律救济、发挥教育工会作用等方面来加强教师培训权的保障。

On Training Rights and Basic Guarantee for Teachers

The training fights for teachers refer to the rights for teachers to further their study or attend certain training courses. It is of great significance for teachers to be granted the right to further their education rightfully.
