我国首创的SQZ-1型潜孔钻车及其稳定性分析

本文介绍了SQZ-1型潜孔钻车的结构,工作原理以及管锥式锚杆锚固轨床时钻车工作稳定性的分析。该钻车设计新颖,结构紧凑,集液压、电气、机械、操纵系统在同一钻车上。钻车采用轨轮非自行式。工作时采用直角座标移换孔位和管锥式锚杆锚固轨床;钻车一次“定位”后,即能钻凿同一方位,同一倾角的平行深孔。钻车工作稳定,操作简便。运输时可进入4号罐笼,可通过设置漏斗的巷道,进出峒室无需道岔。该钻车适应于深孔分段爆破法掘进天井,溜井和下向前倾60～90°,下向左右70～90°,采幅为2400mm的采场深孔。

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOWN-THE-HOLE RIG SQZ-1 AND THE ANALYSIS OF ITS OPERATING STABILITY

This paper has described the structure and operation mechanism of the down- the-hole drilling rig SQZ-1 and analyzed the operating stability of the rig during the rail frame bolted with tubularconical bolts. When the rig was fixed with its bolting system,the positions of every hole can be regulated by a rectangular coordinate positioning system and hence all long-hole will be drilled with good alignment.The advantages of the rig are: high stability,easy to operate,small in size thus easy for transportation,small enough to be lifted up and down through a No.4 cage,to be handled into or out of the drilling chamber without any shunt. The rig is suitable for raising with long-hole blasting and fragmentation of the ore of steepy dip narrow vein in a stope.
