镧系元素La、Gd、Yb对春小麦细胞膜透性的影响及体内分布研究

摘    要:工作以抗性不同的9617、会宁10号与86101三种春小麦为材料研究了La(镧)、Gd(钆)、Yb(镱)3种镧系单元素不同浓度氯化物对细胞膜透性的影响以及在植株体内的分布特征.结果表明,3元素均能降低抗旱春小麦品种的细胞离子外渗率.各品种春小麦幼苗植株对3元素的吸收与分布随浓度不同而不同.

Abstract:Experiment were conducted to study the different concentration chloride of La, Gd, and Yb passing the cell membrane and distribution in the plant, different drought-resistant spring wheat lines of 9617, lines of 86101 and the Huining No.10 variety as the materials. Results indicated that the three elements could decrease the rate of ion to penetrate the cell. The amount of different concentration elements absorbed by the spring wheat seedling was different, and distributing in the plant is also different.
