槲蕨中提取柚皮苷最适宜条件研究

摘    要:采用控制变量法、正交试验法探索槲蕨中提取柚皮苷最适宜的条件。控制变量法结果:提取柚皮苷最适宜条件水浴温度为60℃,水浴次数为3次,提取时间为80min,甲醇体积为40mL,甲醇浓度为60%。正交试验法结果:提取柚皮苷最适宜条件水浴温度为60℃,水浴次数为3次,提取时间为40min,甲醇体积为30mL,甲醇体积分数为60%。

Abstract:Control variables, the orthogonal experiment method most suitable conditions to explore the extracted Drynaria naringin Control variable method results: extract the the naringin most suitable conditions, the water bath temperature of 60℃,water bath for 3 times, the water bath extraction time 80min, methanol volume to 40 mL, methanol volume fraction of 60%.0rthogonal test results, the most suitable conditions to extract naringin water bath temperature to 60℃, water bath for 3 times, the water bath extraction time for 40 min, methanol volume to 30 mL, methanol volume fraction of 60%.
