| Abstract: | This article analyses the main problem of mine exploiting at present in China,points out the need and the availability of environment of mine and reclamation cash deposit system,and puts forward some detail countermeasures and drafts,at last, discusses the difficulty and problem that must be faced when practice the environment of mine and the reclamation cash deposit system. |
