摘    要:1 实验及结果实验时测最吡啶银胶系统中掺入不同浓度KCl溶液时的散射谱。银胶未加样品时呈黄色,与吡啶溶液的体积比为6:1.上述系统中掺入不同浓度的KCl水溶液0.5mL,并在加入KCl5min后,分别测量其散射谱。图1给出了1×10~(-2)M吡啶银胶系统中掺入KCl后的散射谱。曲线A,B,C对应所加KCl浓度分别为0,3×10~(-4)M,6×10~(-4)M。由图可以看出:对比

Abstract:The effection of KCl solution on elastic scattering and the relationship between the intensity of scattering light and the concentration of KCl soIution are discussed in SERS system.When adding KCI in SERS system, the scale of particle increases and then the intensity of scattering light increases.But when the concentration of KCl added is moreover,the silver sol conglomerate and then the intensity of scattering light decrease.
