摘    要:在某石化公司部署的S8000大型旋转机械在线状态监测和分析系统的基础上,利用WebBrower组件,巧妙设计数据结构,运用数学理论和存储过程技术,实现了监控数据实时采集、原系统零开发以及数据自动入库为一体的接口。该接口为设备监控预警系统的顺利研发提供了坚实的数据基础,并在VB6.0下封装成动态链接库,运行效率高,调用灵活,在今后的网页数据实时抓取、捕捉以及新旧系统的融合等方面做出了有益的探索。

Abstract:On the basis of a petrochemical company to deploy large-scale rotating machinery S8000-line condition monitoring and analysis system using WebBrower components,to design data Interface;using mathematical theory and storage process technology to realize the real-time monitoring data collection,the original system of zero development,and automatic data storage as one interface.The interface,for equipment monitoring the smooth development of early warning systems,provides a solid data base,and in VB6.0 into a dynamic link library under the package,runs efficiently,calls flexibly,in real-time data in the next page to crawl,capture as well as the integration of old and new systems,etc.it has made a useful exploration.
