基于模糊数学理论的某退役铀尾矿库环境质量综合评价

摘    要:为了对退役铀尾矿库的环境质量进行综合评价,在收集了某退役铀尾矿库连续三年环境监测数据的基础上,通过聚类分析建立铀尾矿库环境质量综合评价的指标体系,并通过模糊综合评判法对其进行了分析,结果表明,2010—2012年铀尾矿库的环境质量逐年有所改善,但总体仍处于较差状态,需进一步加强退役治理.

Abstract:To comprehensively assess certain decommissioned uranium tailing pond''s environmental quality,this paper,after reviewing environmental monitoring data collected in three consecutive years,established an environmental quality index system for uranium tailing pond based on the cluster analysis.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was then proposed and applied to this uranium tailing pond.It indicates that the environmental quality of the uranium tailing underwent a gradual improvement from 2010 to 2012.In general,however,the environmental quality is still in bad condition,which means more emphasis should be attached on the decommissioned management.
