烧结板除尘器脉冲清灰气流的数值模拟

摘    要:采用Fluent软件对烧结板除尘器的脉冲清灰气流特性进行模拟计算,得到不同喷嘴数量、喷嘴直径、喷吹压力、脉冲时间、喷射间距模型的壁面峰值压力,计算结果表明:增加喷嘴数量和增大喷嘴直径能够增大壁面峰值压力,有效改善清灰效果;当喷吹压力增大时,能够增大壁面峰值压力,改善脉冲清灰性能;选取合适的喷射间距能取得最大的壁面压力峰值;脉冲时间对清灰效果改善不明显.

Abstract:By using the method of computational fluid dynamics,the Sinter-plate filter pulse-jet cleaning air characteristics were simulated and the peak pulse pressure of the model of different quantities of nozzle,the nozzle diameter,the pulse-jet pressure,the pulse duration and the pulse-jet distance were recorded.The numerical simulation results show that the increasing numbers of the nozzle and the enlarging nozzle diameter can enhance the peak pulse pressures and improve the dust cleaning-efficiency obviously;increasing the pulse-jet pressure can enhance the peak pulse pressures;the highest peak pulse pressures can be achieved by designing an optimized pulse-jet distance for the jet dust-cleaning system;the continued increasing pulse duration shows little influence on cleaning efficiency.
