摘    要:为探索用水平井技术提高安塞油田低压低渗薄油藏的单并产量,长戾油田与西安石油学院合作钻成了一口井深1658.27m、水平并段长度236.17m的水平井—塞平一井.该井采用新研制的AML低固相钻井液在现场应用中较好地解决了井眼净化、井壁稳定、润滑防卡水平井钻井液的三大难题,配合工程措施顺利地钻成了这口井.在应用中探索了水平井使用层流携屑的措施,实现了聚合物钻井液滤失性与泥饼质量的统一,解决了两性离子聚合物钻井液抑制能力不足的缺陷,探索出钻井液复合技术,对钻井液工艺有新发展.

Abstract:o seek a way of developing low pressure and low permeability oil reservoir,Changqing Oil Field and Xi'an Petroleum institute drilled a horizontal well in co-operation in Ausal Oil Field (North Shaanxi).The deviated depth of the well is 1658. 27m. the vertical depth is 1259. 19m and the length of the horizontal section is 236. 17m.A new low solids, non-dispersed polymer drilling fluid- AML was used in drilling the well' AML consists mainly of three kinds of additives. One is amphionic polymer(A). The second is an inorganic polymer MSF-2 (M). The third is lubricants (L). Laboratory and field tests proved that AML drilling fluid is able to overcome the major drilling fluid problems in drilling horizontal wells in Ausal Oil Field,such as hole cleaning, wellbore stability, lubricity and antisticking. The technique of carrying stone cuttings by laminar flow to horizontal well drilling was applied. A compromise was made between the drilling fluid filtration and mud cake's quality. The inhibitive property of the amphionic polymer drilling fluids was improved. The cross-correlation of multi-function additives in the drilling fluid system was further discussed.
