条形码技术在临床实验室中的应用

摘    要:将条形码技术应用于临床实验室信息系统,提高实验室的自动化程度、工作效率,减少差错并方便病人.在进行标本采集时选择颜色不同的一次性真空采血管,利用条形码扫描器读出条形码信息,并将条形码信息与样本绑定.完成分送标本、传送资料、核实和处理标本、分析仪双向通讯、查询结果、打印报告、保存标本等实验室的常规操作.条形码作为标本的唯一标识,应用于标本的整个分析过程,简化了实验室工作流程,减少了分析差错,方便医生和病人获取相关信息.把条形码技术与实验室信息系统相结合,是实验室发展的方向.

Abstract:The application of barcode technique to clinical laboratory information system improves the automation degree and work efficiency of the laboratory, reduces mistakes and conveniences the patients. The method is to use one-time vacuum of different colors to collect blood specimens, barcode scanner is used to read barcode information, which is bound with the samples. Such routine laboratory operations are finished according to barcode as specimens sorting, data transmission, two-way communication of analyzing machine, results verifying, reports pubfishing , specimens keeping etc. As the only specimen identification, barcode is used in the whole analysis process of specimen, thus laboratory workflow is simplified, analytical mistake is reduced. It is convenient for doctors and patients to obtain related information. The combination of barcode technique and laboratory information system will be the development direction in the future laboratory.
