基于均匀设计的润滑油15W/40SH配方

摘    要:介绍了国内外汽车机油的现状及发展趋势,指出中国研发高级别润滑油的紧迫性。为了达到高级别润滑油的性能要求,合理选择基础油和添加剂,在均匀设计的基础上安排多因素试验,对试验结果用逐步回归技术进行处理,分析了基础油对添加剂的感受性和添加剂之间的配伍性,得出了15W/40SH级润滑油的优化配方,最后与同类进口成品汽油进行了对比试验。结果表明,用该配方调制出的汽油机油的极压性、抗磨性及抗氧性均达到国外同类产品的质量水平。

Abstract:The development status and trend of gasoline engine lubricant in China and other countries were introduced.It was necessary and urgent to deepen and broaden research work on high level lubricants.In order to reach the performance of high level lubricants,the base oils and additives should be chosen reasonably.The uniform design was used to arrange experiments and the stepwise technique was adopted to analyze the result.The formulation of lubricant(15W/40SH) was offered,the property of this formulation was evaluated through comparing it with the one of other contries tubricant.The test result showed that its extreme-pressure,antiwear and antioxidation property are similar to the same kind of developed countries' products.4 tabs,7 refs.
