巴金对外国文学的兼容与借鉴

巴金是一位受外国文学影响比较大的中国现代作家。卢梭的忏悔意识、克鲁泡特金的无政府主义、托尔斯泰的道德完善情怀,是巴金政治观念与文学观念得以完成的重要思想源泉。而左拉的正义、罗曼·罗兰的激情、屠格涅夫的文雅、契诃夫的小人物写照,都成为巴金在创作中加以借鉴,加以重组的有益滋养。但这些都是巴金的,他对外国文学的富于创造性的兼容与吸纳,在他的作品中,不论是思想、方法,还是人物,都表现出浓郁的个性风格和独特的艺术魅力。

Ba Jin--Incorporation & Reference on Foreign Literature

Ba Jin was a contemporary Chinese writer who has been greatly influenced by foreign literture. The consciousness of penitence of Rousseau, the anarchism of Kropotkin and the morality perfection of Tolstoi were important sources that perfected Bajin's conception of politics and literature. Furthermore,the justice of Zora,the passion of Roman Rolland and the gentleness of Tufgenev,the unimportant persons' portrayal of Chekhov were all helpful nourishment which Bajin had made use of and rearranged to be something of his own. For this reason, he successfully created a unique style and artistic charm in his works.
