摘    要:综述了目前主要核酸水解酶的种类、来源、蛋白质特性和生产方法;介绍了目前酶解法生产核苷酸的几种主要方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点及工业化应用前景;简单综述了水解液中四种核苷酸的分离提取方法;探讨了酶解法生产核苷酸的未来研究方向.结论为酶解法的关键是必须通过广泛采用现代高新生物技术来降低生产成本.

Abstract:In this paper,the kinds、sources、protein characters and the manufacture methods of nucleic acid hydrolase were summarized;the mainly nucleotide production methods with the hydrolase were indroduced,and the advantages、defects、industry prospects of these methods were also be comparised;the separation and extraction methods of four single nucleotides in the hydrolyzed liquid were simply summarized;the future studies trends of nucleotides production by enzyme method were also be discussed.The Conclusion was that the enzyme methods must lowered the production cost through the widely using of modern biotechnology.
