雷氏七鳃鳗(Lampetra reissneri)消化系统组成及消化液主要组分的鉴定分析

摘    要:雷氏七鳃鳗(Lampetra reissneri)隶属于圆口纲(Cycolostomata),是最原始的无颌类脊椎动物.这种特殊的进化地位使其具有独特的形态和结构.对幼体雷氏七鳃鳗的消化系统的组成及分泌物进行了研究.解剖学分析表明,其消化系统由口、食道、肝脏、胆囊和肠组成,胃退化.对胆汁进行SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及蛋白质谱分析表明,其主要成分为烯醇酶,能够调节糖酵解,促进其对糖的消化.雷氏七鳃鳗消化系统的这些特点与其特殊的进化地位和生活习性密切相关.这些发现将为研究脊椎动物的起源与进化提供理论基础.

Abstract:Lampetra reissneri(L.reissneri) belongs to Cycolostomata,which is between vertebrate and invertebrate.The special status in evolution makes them have the unique digestive system.Anatomy analysis of L.reissneri showed that,the digestive system contains mouth,esophagus,liver,gall bladder and intestine,the stomach has degraded.SDS-PAGE and mass spectrometry demonstrated that the main component of bile is enolase.It can promote sugar digestion by regulating glycolysis.All these characters are closely related to their special evolution status and life habit.These findings may provide theoretical basis for the research of origin and evolution of vertebrate.
