曼陀罗愈伤组织培养及药用成分莨菪碱的分析

摘    要:为解决野生资源不足,满足临床上对东莨菪碱和莨菪碱的需求,以曼陀罗嫩茎为外植体进行了愈伤组织的诱导培养和继代培养,并对愈伤组织中的生物碱、东莨菪碱和莨菪碱进行了分析.结果证明:MS+2,4-D1.0mg.L-1是曼陀罗愈伤组织诱导和继代培养的理想培养基.由愈伤组织提取的生物碱中含有东莨菪碱和莨菪碱.实验培养的曼陀罗愈伤组织为东莨菪碱和莨菪碱的工厂化生产奠定了基础.

Abstract:To solve the insufficient of wild resources and to satisfy the need for clinical to scopolamine and hyoscyamine.The stem of Datura stramonium was used as explants to derivation its callus and subculture.The alkaloid,scopolamine and hyoscyamine in the callus were analysed in the same time.The results showed that the ideal medium for induction and subculture of callus was MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg·L-1.Qualitative analysis was done to hyoscyamine and scopolamine which were extracted from the callus of Datura stramonium L.he callus cultivated by this research lay a solid foundation for factorial product scopolamine and hyoscyamine.
