| 摘 要： | 在对城际铁路的基本概念分析的基础上,提出了适合中国国情的城际铁路发展的两种模式:跨经济区的客运专线模式和发达经济区内按公交化开行的模式,同时采用系统工程和运输经济的原理,提出并建立了城际铁路系统建设的条件评价方法和步骤,最后提出了发展城际铁路的相关对策.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the concepts of intercity railroad, two development patterns of intercity railroad are proposed: the pattern of passenger special line in crossing economic zone and the patterns of mass transit type intercity railroad within developed economic zone. At the same time, adopting the principle of system engineering and transport economy, the paper establishes the evaluation method and the steps of entering the intercity railroad system, and proposes the related development countermeasures. |
