溴酚蓝褪色光度法测定微量溴酸根的研究

摘    要:基于硫酸介质中溴酸根氧化溴酚蓝褪色,建立了测定微量溴酸根的新的褪色光度分析法。在最大吸收波长436nm及选定的实验条件下,溴酸根浓度在0.15~3.8g/mL范围内符合比尔定律,该方法用于化学试剂中痕量溴酸根的测定,结果满意。
