论和谐社会视角下的特色社区建设

和谐社会是要建立起人与人之间相互尊重、相互信任、相互容忍的社会,形成全体人民各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处的社会,其本质是“和而不同”。社区是社会的细胞,是构建和谐社会的战略空间单元。建设和谐社会的基础在社区,关键也在社区。在多元的社会中,必须在承认多样、差别和不同的前提下,构建社会主义特色社区,立足区情、开拓创新、大胆实践,不断地把和谐社会建设推向深入。

The Construction of Distinctive Community under the Harmonious Society

The harmonious society,with harmony combined with divergence as its essence,strives to attain a situation in which the people live with mutual respect,trust and tolerance.The community,a cell of the society,is the strategic unit and the foundation to construct the harmonious society.Therefore,in order to push forward the construction of harmonious society in such a pluralistic society,we should construct the communities with socialism characteristics on the preconditions of accepting varieties,differences and divergences,work hard through innovations with a pioneering spirit and practice bravely based on the reality of the communities.
