摘    要:采用测定胡鲶科非洲鲶(Clariasgariepinus)GTH的放射免疫测定法,用标记鲤(Cyprinuscarpio)GTH的方法进行标记,测定了鲶科南方鲶(SilurusmeridionalisChen)生殖周期中的血清GTH水平和脑垂体GTH含量变化,以揭示其性腺发育、成熟过程中的内分泌调节机理.南方鲶血清中GTH水平的季节变化表现出与成熟系数相一致的变化趋势,周年中雌鱼血清GTH水平都高于雄鱼,雌雄鱼血清GTH水平在繁殖期间差异尤为显著.脑垂体中GTH含量也在生殖周期中具明显周期变化.在性腺发育晚期和成熟期雌鱼脑垂体的GTH含量明显高于雄鱼,而在其它性腺期雌鱼脑垂体的GTH含量仅略高于雄鱼,但雌雄鱼之间并无显著差异.

Abstract:The serum and pituitary samples of the Southern catfish(Silurus meridionalis Chen) GTH were measured using the radioimmunoassay for gonadotropin of African catfish(cfGTH), Clarias gariepinus, and the cfGTH standards were labeled using the same protocol for labeling common carp GTH, to investigate the endocrine regulation mechanism of gonadal development and maturation.Seasonal changes of serum GTH levels were consistent with seasonal changes of gonadsomatic indexes. During the breeding season the serum GTH levels were higher than those in other periods, and they reached the highest values in the spawning season. The pituitary GTH contents increased with the development of gonads, and reached the highest values in the maturation stage, and then decreased in the regressed stage. Significant differences between the male and the female pituitary GTH levels were only found in the late development stage and maturation stage.
