基于MSP430的无线数据采集系统设计

摘    要:针对传统环境监测系统的不足,提出了一种基于无线网络技术的数据采集系统设计方案,并详细阐述了其硬件系统和软件系统的设计方法。节点以MSP430单片机为控制核心,发射电路采用具有开关状态的丙类放大电路,接收电路采用具有间歇工作状态的超再生检波电路;监测终端节点和传感器探测节点通信采用27.145MHz载波、ASK调制方式,数据编码采用双相码,波特率为1kbps,通信协议采用时间片分层的方式,实现了各节点双向高效通信。经测试,能够满足工农业现场环境检测及远程监控的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Considering the shortcomings of traditional environmental monitoring system, a design of data acquisition system based on wireless network technology is proposed, and the design method of its hardware system and software system is elaborated in detail. The node takes MSP430 single chip microcomputer as the controlling center; the transmitting circuit adopts the class C amplifying circuit with a switch state, the receiving circuit adopts the super regenerative detection circuit with an intermittent working state. The communication of monitoring termi- nal node and sensor node uses the 27. 145 MHz carrier wave and the ASK modulation. The data code uses bipolar codes, and the baud rate is 1 Kbps. The communicating protocol uses the ways of time slice layer and realizes the bidirectional communication of all nodes. After testing, this node can meet the requirements of the industrial and agricultural environment detection and the remote monitoring, and so has vast application prospect.
