摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、二氧化碳为原料合成环碳酸酯单体,其再与丙烯酸类单体通过乳液聚合制备出水性环碳酸酯乳液,然后与胺类固化剂反应制备水性非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU).红外谱图表征知产物具有氨基甲酸酯的结构,表明水性NIPU制备成功.研究了水性NIPU在不同固化温度下的力学性能,并对其热性能进行了相关分析,结果表明以;乙烯三胺为固化剂,固化温度为80℃时,NIPU膜层的断裂强度和断裂伸长率可达到5.21MPa和468%,吸水率为4.95%,热分解温度高达234.85℃.

Abstract:Water-borne cyclic carbonate emulsion was prepared by means of polymerization technology, using cyclic carbonates (which were synthesized by glycidyl methacrylate and carbon dioxide) and acrylic monomers, and then water-borne non-isocyanate polyurethane was prepared by the curing agent of amine. The product was characterized by FTIR which has the structure of carbanate. The results show that water-borne non-isocyanate polyurethane was prepared successfully. The mechanical properties of water-borne NIPU at different curing temperatures were studied and its thermal properties were also analyzed. It was found that when diethylenetriamine was used as hardener and the curing temperature was 80 ℃, the tensile strength and elongation of NIPU film could reach 5.21 MPa and 468%, its water absorption was 4.95% and thermal decomposition temperature is up to 234.85 ℃.
