汽车仪表指针三维定位压装系统研制

摘    要:采用PLC和触摸屏作为控制核心,研制一套适应性强、经济性好、性能可靠、操作简便、生产精确度和效率较高的汽车仪表指针三维定位自动压装系统。通过整机测试与实际产品投入生产使用,取得了良好的效果,完全能满足当前汽车配件厂的生产要求。

The Development of the Three - Dimensional Positioning Press - fitting system of Auto Meter Pointers

Abstract:Taking PLC and touch screen as the control core, the authors develop a set of three - dimen- sional automatic positioning press -fitting system for auto meter pointers. The system has well adaptation, good e- conomy, reliable performance, easy operation, high accuracy and efficiency. Through the test of the complete ma- chine and by putting the product into actual production and use, the system achieves good results and is fully able to meet the current requirements of the production of automobile parts factory.
