| 摘 要： | 未成年人犯罪已经成为一个重要的问题，本文结合我国刑罚的根本目的和未成年人犯罪的特殊性，论述了应对未成年人实行与成年人犯罪不同的刑罚。尽管新刑法对未成年人犯罪在原则上作了特殊规定，具体操作上尚需进一步完善。
