SA-387 钢冷压开裂原因分析

摘    要:某锅炉厂在冷压制气化炉用SA-387钢板时,该钢发生了开裂.对断裂断口进行了扫描电镜和能谱分析,找出了造成SA-387钢板压制开裂的原因是在钢板内部有密集的大块非金属夹杂物存在;这些夹杂物很有可能是来自于连铸钢的保护渣,这些皮下夹杂物富集在钢的局部,在后续的轧制过程中,沿轧制方向被轧制呈条带状,最终可能会贯穿整块钢板,形成一条极危险的条状夹杂物区,因此在钢板冷压制过程中出现开裂.

Abstract:The steel plate SA-387 cracked while cool pressed in a boiler factory .The fracture was analyzed with SEM and energy spectrum. The results show that massive block nonmetallic inclusions exists in steel SA-387.This is the reason why the steel plates cracked. It is possible that these inclusions came from the protective slag in the process of continuous casting, and accumulated in the local part of the steel,so a dangerous strip was formed when cool pressed,and the steel plates cracked.
