| Abstract: | It is well know that technological innovation plays important role to enterprises' survival and growth.However,some firms benefit from its innovation,but others fail.What factors determining firms' capability to benefit from innovation,is a central issue of this paper.This paper based on the literature review on foreign studise,presents a framework of how to profit from innovation,which is not only of value to practicing managers to manage technical changes,but also of interest to S&T policy makers. |
