| Abstract: | In his life, Mr REN Fang-qiu achieved prominent accomplishment in the three research fields of Chinese classical literature, Chinese contemporary literature and Chinese modern literature, and made a creatively significant contribution. He combined the method of the scholarly research pursued by QIANJIA school with the historical viewpoint of Marxism, and founded a unique academic style. The theory of ambition, the theory of tenacity and the theory of method were his consciousness of scholarly research. |
