机床立柱热变形规律的研究

摘    要:本文利用有限元素法分析计算与红外测试技术相结合的方法,对立柱的温度分布与热源发热量之间的关系作了定量分析,得到了它们之间的关系式;从试验及分析中发现当热源处于立柱内某一位置时,可以得到一个比较均匀的温度场,分析结果认为,它可能成为最佳热源区;在此基础上又探讨了热源的不同位置对热变形的影响规律,进一步验证了该没想并提出了某些见解,为机床立柱的最优设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper the relationship between distribution of temperature and heat quantity generated by the heat source of the machine tool column is quantitatively analysed by the Finite Element Method and infrared photography technology. In tests, the optimum position of heat source in which a uniform temperature field can be obtained has been discovered. Moreover, the rule of the iufluence of different positions of the heat source on the thermal strain has been studied. Thus, the theoretic basis can be provided for the optimization design of the column of machine tools.
