二维金属切削的热力耦合模型及数值模拟

摘    要:切削加工是一种重要的金属制造工艺,其中切屑成形是一种典型的大变形问题,它涉及到材料非线性、几何非线性以及边界非线性问题,还涉及到热力耦合问题.针对典型的正交切削工艺,采用大型商业有限元软件MSC.Marc,基于热弹塑性有限元方法并在一定假设的条件下建立了考虑金属正交切削热力耦合有限元模型.分析了切屑分离准则、自适应网格等切屑加工模拟的关键因素.对建立的模型进行了有限元分析,得到了切屑成形、温度分布、切削力变化等结果.

Abstract:Cutting is an important manufacturing process of metal.The chip formation in metal cutting is one of the typical deformation problems,which involves material nonlinearity,geometrical nonlinearity and boundary nonlinearity and thermalmechanical coupling.Based on thermo-elastic-plastic finite element equation for simulating the metal orthogonal cutting process,this paper introduces a coupled thermo-mechanical model under some assumptions with MSC.Marc software.Some special finite element techniques,such as the chip separation criteria and adaptive remeshing,have been implemented to analyze the cutting process.Some results,including chip formation,temperature distribution and cutting force are obtained.
