枇杷酒中总黄酮的测定

摘    要:采用可见分光光度法进行测定,确定枇杷酒中总黄酮的含量,并通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了测定条件。确定了NaNO2、Al(NO3)3和NaOH浓度分别为4%、0.5%和6%(质量分数)时最适合用于枇杷酒中总黄酮含量的测定。最后,通过芦丁标准曲线确定总黄酮含量。以上方法简便、稳定、可靠,容易操作,可以作为总黄酮含量的测定方法之一。

Abstract:The contents of total flavonoids in loquat wine is detected by visible spectrophotometry(A510).Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment method,the optimal determination conditions are obtained as follows:sodium nitrite concentration,0.5 %,aluminum nitrate concentration,6 % and sodium hydroxide concentration,4%.These are the most suitable conditions for the determinatoin of total flavonoids contents.Finally,comparing with the rutin standard curve,the contents of total flavonoids can be determined.This method is simple,stable,reliable,easy to operate,and can be one method of the the total flavonoids detection.
