技术标准联盟的构建动因及模式研究

高技术企业近年趋向于通过参与技术标准联盟设定技术标准。从四个方面分析了技术标准联盟的构建动因,并根据技术标准设定两阶段中参与者的数量及其行为活动将技术标准联盟模式划分为混合式、多企业协作式和折衷妥协式三种。最后根据我国国情,提出国内企业应积极参与国内外多企业协作式技术标准联盟的建议。

A Study on the Motivations and Modes for Construction of Technology Standard Alliances

ICT firms are more and more intending to participate in technology standard alliances to set a certain technology standard in recent years.This article analyses the motivations which induce the formation of technology standard alliances from four perspectives,and then according to the number of the attending firms and their behavior and activities in the both two stages of standardization,three modes of technology standard alliances are presented,including hy brid mode,multi—firm cooperative mode and compromise mode.Finally,corresponding to the Chinese current conditions,a suggestion is proposed that Chinese local firms should actively join in the domestic and multinational multi.firm cooperative technology standard alliances.
