摘    要:在采用斐索(Fizeau)干涉仪和Fabry-Perot(法布里-珀罗)标准具的激光波长自动检测系统中,处理干涉条纹的方法始终存在处理速度和精度的矛盾。该文针对干涉条纹处理过程中耗时最大的二值化和条纹细化部分,通过各个算法处理速度和精度的比较进行优化选择,选用矩不变算法和SFFA算法。实验结果表明:使用这一套方法可提高图像处理的速度和精度。

Abstract:The method of measuring laser wave-length by Fizeau interferometer and Fabry-Perot Interferometer is effective. The method of processing the interference fringes can not meet the demand for processing velocity and measurement accuracy. In view of the maximally time-consuming part of binary-conversion and fringe refinement in processing the inference fringes, this paper presents a rectangle invariability algorithm and SPTA(Scan Point Thinning-Algorithm) with optimal selection by comparison of the processing velocity and accuracy of one-by-one algorithm . The experimental results verify that this way can improve image processing velocity and measurement accuracy.
