摘    要:描述了一种重要的利用光束的横向分布测量光学非线性的单光束Z-扫描测试技术,待测样品放置于汇聚高斯光束的光轴(Z轴)上,逐渐向焦点处移动,在远处放置带有小孔的屏,可测得样品的透过率并通过理论分析得出它的非线性系数。

Abstract:The paper describes an important single-beam-light Z-scan technology,which tests optics nonlinear by crosswise distributing of light beams.The sample is positioned at optics axis(z axis) of Gaussian beam,moving gradually toward the focus.A screen with a hole would be put at a distance.According to the theory,the nonlinear coefficient could be tested by the transmissivity of the sample.
