| 摘 要： | 对TD-SCDMA移动通信系统的切换控制算法进行了仿真研究,提出了一种联合信号强度和信号质量的切换判决算法,并且理论分析和仿真对比了切换用户和新用户接入控制门限设置对系统性能的影响。

| Abstract: | The handover control algorithms in the TD-SCDMA system were investigated. One advanced handover decision based on the combination of signal strength and quality was proposed. The difference of admission control thresholds for the handover and new users was analyzed theoretically and compared via the simulation respectively. |
