白车身焊装线机器人控制理论及方法

摘    要:文章以德国KUKA机器人为例,编写了焊装线工业机器人控制程序功能模块,二次开发了现场编程调试平台,使得机器人对工艺流程的表达、现场设备的控制和安全逻辑的互锁变得相对简单清晰,使机器人程序标准化,保证了焊装线的安全,提高了调试的效率,方便对机器人程序的维护和新车型的增加.

Abstract:More and more industrial robots are used in automobile industry, especially in BIW (Body In White) welding workshop. Teaching and programming robots cost a large part of commissioning time. Based on the practice, we compiled the controlling program function modules, and developed a software package for on-site commissioning for KUKA robots, which makes it easy and brief for the process control over the peripheral equipment, and the interlock logics. These methods can improve the standardization and modularization of the robot programs in the application of BIW welding line greatly, ensure the safety, reduce the commissioning time, and also make the maintenance and system extension and expanding very convenient.
