摘    要:针对非自航绞吸式挖泥船总体设计问题,介绍了5 000 m3/h绞吸式挖泥船的船型、主要技术参数和功能装置的设计过程.阐述了总布置设计时考虑的主要因素、设计目标及实现方法;简要介绍了总布置情况、结构设计特点;分别介绍了该船的3种特种装置及其设计依据.实践证明,该船挖掘能力强、产量高,达到了国内同类型船的先进水平.

Abstract:This paper presents an overall design of a 5 000 m^3/h cutter suction dredger,including ship form,main technical parameters,function and working process,expatiates some factors need to be considered in the general arrangement,the design objective and the implementation method,makes a brief introduction to the design of general arrangement,structural type and main characteristics,as well as three kinds of special equipment and the design basis of this ship.It has been verified in practice that this dredger is powerful and has high output,achieving advanced level of the same type in domestic market.
