基于灰色系统理论的城市与高校创新系统关联度测定研究

2014年,中国政府提出了新型城镇化的概念。新型城镇化建设离不开创新,国家创新体制是一个有机综合的系统,由政治、经济、教育等创新子系统构成。在新型城镇化建设的过程中,城市创新系统将发挥重要作用。而高校作为高素质人力资源的主要来源,为新型城镇化建设提供了智力支撑。本文尝试借助灰色系统相关理论测定城市与高校创新系统关联度,选取南宁市和广西高校作为样本,旨在数据样本规模较小的基础上讨论其的内在联系,为今后进一步探讨其作为创新子系统的交互影响及发展规律奠定基础。

Research on the Correlation Measurement between the City and the Colleges & Universities Innovation Systems Based on the Grey System Theory

Chinese government proposed the conception of new urbanization in 2014. New urbanization construction cannot be carried out without innovation, and the entire innovation system of a country is considered to be an organic combination system, consisting of politics, economy, education and other subsystems. Innovation would play an important role in the progress of new urbanization construction. Colleges and universities, as the main supplier of high quality human resources, will provide intellectual support for the construction of new urbanization. This article will try to measure the correlation degree between the city and the university innovation systems based on the grey system related theories. Nanning city and colleges&universities of Guangxi Province are selected as the sample of the model. The internal connection will be discussed in this article based on the small sample. The conclusion would lay a foundation for the further discussion on the interrelation of the innovation subsystems and their development rules.
