The Problems and Countermeasures of Divisions Reform and Development in the Aerospace Research Institute

Since 18th CPC National Congress, Chinese Aerospace Research Institute is undergoing three major changes brought by the knowledge economy, the national revolution and the world economy ad?justment, namely cooperative development, diversified management and vertical extension of industrial chain. In this paper, the current situation of divisions reform and development in the Aerospace Research Institute and major problems were analyzed, and the suggestions and strategies of reform and development were put forward.
