| Abstract: | The increase of the application of computers makes the surveillance in the workplace more ease.Many people think that the surveillance is important in the management of enterprise.However,some employees hold that the surveillance has influence on their work habits and privacy.This paper discusses the benefits and risks of computer-based surveillance and management,and points out that the enterprise should adopt some special measures for monitoring the employees safely and ethically. |
