摘    要:酵母双杂交系统是研究蛋白质间相互作用的一种非常有效的分子生物学方法,具有快速和高效的特点,但也存在一些局限性.人们针对它的缺点相应地进行了一些完善和改进,并衍生出单杂交系统、三杂交系统等一系列相关的技术,从而拓宽了该系统的应用领域.

Abstract:The yeast two-hybrid system is a very effective molecular genetic method in studying protein-protein interaction .Although the system is highly effective, it still has some limitations .In these years, a lot of measures have been taken to improve it against its shortages .Moreover ,the one-and three-hybrid systems and some other related techniques have been set up,which has widen its application field.
