摘    要:常温常压下研究Cu-Zn-Al合金表面的“类流态”现象时,发现经混合酸和浸蚀处理后的Cu-Zn-Al合金基体上生成了结构和形貌新颖的合金纳米管,其表面光滑,没有吸附物,长径比在40以上.通过透射电镜、X射线等观察分析证实“类流态”胞区的存在是合金纳米管生成的必要条件.合金中存在的大量微孪晶、堆垛层错、小角晶界等缺陷以及“类流态”胞区内原子结构的重排是合金纳米管形核的关键,“类流态”胞区固定了合金原子的悬浮键,为纳米管的生长提供了结构因素和能量.

Abstract:In normal temperature and pressure, a kind of nanotube with new structure and pattern whose substrate was Cu-Zn-Al alloy was found after being treated by mixed acid and etched. The surface of nanotube was smooth and there was no absorbate on it. The slenderness ratio of nanotube was over 40. It was confirmed that the existence of 'quasi-fluid' cell was the necessary condition through Transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction analysis. It was essential for nucleation of alloy nanotube that there be many faults such as micro-twin, stacking fault, small-angle boundary, and rearrangement of atomic structure in cell area of 'quasi-fluid'. The suspension bond of alloy atom was fixed in the cell of 'quasi-fluid', and this provided structure factor and energy for the growth of nanotube.
