摘    要:本文讨论了具有时间分辨的多光谱探测技术 ,并通过结合钛宝石锁模激光器、荧光显微、高重复频率皮秒扫描相机等技术 ,研制出一套基于皮秒同步扫描相机的五维双光子激发荧光多参数复合显微成像系统 ,实现了细胞层次上的五维测量 ,并可方便地实现多种功能成像 ,例如荧光强度、荧光寿命和荧光光谱成像

Abstract:In this paper, the time resolved multi-spectral detection technology is used in the fluorescence microscopy imaging system. A five-dimensional two-photon fluorescence microscopy imaging system is developed to realize five-dimensional fluorescence measurement on cellular level. The system is based on mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser, fluorescence microscopy and synchroscan streak camera. This fluorescence microscopic system can be used to measure multi-parameter including fluorescence intensity, fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence spectrum.
