| Abstract: | Top priority should be given to the subject plan in the editorial work. Subject plan plays a decisive role in the college journal＇s image, position and its own feature. In practice, when making subject plans, region advantage, discipline advantage, talent advantage and favorable economic conditions are supposed to be taken into consideration. Meanwhile, sticking to being specific, original, forward- looking and open-minded are also important to highlight the features of the journal. |
