食品安全的制度反思

摘    要:近年来我国食品安全事故频繁发生,严重危害了人民群众的生命和身体健康。文章揭示:现行的法律法规缺乏时效性、政府部门政策执行力弱、交叉监管工作不协调,是当前我国食品安全问题的根本原因。为此建议:一要加强食品突发事件与重大事故的应急体系建设,二要改进食品安全综合监管机制,三要充分发挥新闻媒体和社会舆论的监督。

Abstract:In recent years, China's food safety incidents occurred frequently, which was seriously harm to people's lives and physical health. The article reveals that the problem of existing laws and regulations, and policy implementation, which calls for a radical reform of our current food safety system. Therefore the author recommends that we should strengthen the emergency response system, improve food safety regulatory mechanism, and give full play to the supervision of the news media and public opinion.
