创造性知识冲突情境中管理类课程研究性教学探索

摘    要:研究性教学能使学生取得更大的成就、更高的推理水平以及其他许多优于传统单独学习的效果,但在具体的课程中如何开展研究性教学仍是困扰教师的一大难题。文章提出了“创造性知识冲突情境中研究性教学”的理念,并解释了这一理念对管理类课程的适宜性,最后结合《管理学》课程具体阐述了创造性知识冲突情境中研究性教学的组织。

Abstract:Research teaching can promote the students to obtain more accomplishments and higher inferential capability and some other better effect than traditional individual study. Thus, how to improve the effect of discussion in the small group seminar is an important question which many teachers are always confused. The paper proposed an idea of "research teaching under creative knowledge conflict context", and explained its fit for management course. Finally, how to teach management course by adopting research teaching under creative knowledge conflict context is discussed.
