MBS树脂的研究

摘    要:MBS树脂本体聚合时剪切速率和形态-性能的关系迄今很少报道.本文研究了本体聚合时剪切速率和橡胶相形态及其与抗冲强度、透光率、光泽度、流动性的关系;连续相分子量与抗冲强度的关系.对两种调节剂叔十二硫醇和α-甲基苯乙烯二聚体进行了比较.

Abstract:Poly-cis-1, 4-butadiene was dissolved in methyl methacrylate and styrene, the bulk polymerization was carried out at 110℃ An impact transparent MBS resin was obtained. The relationship between the shear rate in bulk polymerization and the morphology of rubber phase, impact strength, gloss, fluidity and transparency of MBS resin had been investigated. The effect of M. W. of matrix on the impact strength was discussed. A new regulator, a-methyl styrene dimer had a similar effect as text-dodeoyl meroaptan in bulk-suspension poly-merization of MBS resin.
