| Abstract: | This paper is to study the characteristics of NBUC Markov chains. It is proved that various equivalent conditions for a Markov chain to be NBUC are derived. In particular.it is represented by the transition operator and the potential operator, and the corresponding equivalent theorems are given, and it is shown that there are the corresponding results for a class of NBUE too. |
