基于行业标准的高技能人才培养途径研究——以安徽电气工程职业技术学院为例

基于行业标准的高技能人才培养的有效途径,包括构建基于行业标准的人才培养模式,将行业标准引进课程体系建设以及专业建设,将行业标准引进校内外实训条件建设和管理,在校园内形成具有行业标准的企业文化氛围,将学历证书与职业资格证书对接,培养熟悉行业标准的“双师结构”师资队伍等。同时以安徽电气工程职业技术学院为例进行诠释,为行业高职院校培养高技能人才提供经验借鉴。

Study on the Ways of High Skilled Talents Training Based on Industry Standards --Taking Anhni Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College as an Example

Aiming at how to cultivate high skilled talents based on industry standards in higher vocational colleges, the paper states effective ways of high skilled talents training based on industry standards： to construct the mode of training talents based on industry standards; to introduce the industry standards into the construction of curriculum system and specialty construction; to introduce the industry standards into the construction and management of both on and off campus training; to form enterprise cultural atmosphere with industry standards in the campus; to dock the certificate with occupation qualification certificate; to form a double - qualified teachers＇ team who are familiar with industry standards. It takes Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College as an example to explain, providing a reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high skilled talents.
